We are excited to offer on behalf of one of our clients this Porsche 912 Coupe.
This example is a fully documented 2 owner California car. It has been with the current owner for the last 32 years and driven sparingly as a weekend fun car. Documents include the original manual and service booklet as well as dozens of service and maintenance receipts through the years documenting the miles (154k total) and ownership.
The car was originally sand beige (6807) and has been repainted to blue sometime in the 1980’s. The paint is still looking presentable for a driver with only a few areas of imperfection and two smaller dents.
The body is very nice and rust- free with good gaps and shut lines all around. The engine has been rebuilt about 32k miles ago. It runs and drives very well.
Recently, the owner spent over $10,000.00 on maintenance, suspension, brakes and transmission work. The interior is mostly original. The seats have been changed a few years ago to period correct examples. Optional 6x15 Fuchs rims mounted.
This is a true California car with no apparent corrosion issues. 1968 marked the last year for the desirable short wheel base cars. A fun car to drive and enjoy or a perfect candidate for a restoration back to its original sand beige exterior.
Please study all the photos closely to evaluate the condition of this car!
