1973 Volkswagen Beetle, Original Paint!
We are excited to offer this extremely cool, original paint, California blue plate Volkswagen Bug.
For many years, 2shores has been offering selected first grade examples of collectible automobiles. This original paint example is one of those!
The VW Beetle or Bug is without a doubt one of the world’s most recognizable cars. The 1973 VW Bug models featured significantly enlarged "elephant foot" tail lamps mounted in reshaped rear fenders.
Our car on offer is a 1973 standard Beetle, finished in all original Texas yellow. The paint on the car is 100% original and has never been touched up. This is a rust- and accident free California blue plate Beetle in remarkable condition. While the exterior has its share of nicks and scratches and even a few dents, it carries an amazing, original patina that is hard to find in any Beetles on the market today.
The car has been tastefully upgraded with original VW sport seats, a Momo steering wheel, EMPI short shifter and many more parts. A complete lis of upgrades in available on request. New carpets, door panels and headliner.
The mileage of the car is 93000 and believed to be the original mileage. The engine and transmission were rebuilt and have few miles on it. The car runs and drives very nice, handles very well and shifts great.
This is a rare opportunity to acquire an all original paint, rust-free Beetle from dry and sunny California.
